Please use the tracking number sent to your email after your order is delivered. Should you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it’s been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbors or leasing office before reaching out to our support at info@enjoyworld.net

Refunds for double orders or any other reason take about 5 - 10 days to process depending on your bank.

All Rhinestone items like most of the items on our site must be washed inside out on COLD and set out to hang dry.
